Kanye West’s health issues feared to be more serious than sleep deprivation and dehydration

Kanye West's condition might be worse than originally thought.
The recently hospitalized rapper's health problems stem from more than just sleep deprivation and serious dehydration.
The "Fade" artist, 39, is said to be in a disconcerting mental state, and it's unlikely he'll be released from the hospital Thursday to celebrate Thanksgiving at home, sources told the celebrity gossip site.
His psychological issues are reportedly serious enough that insurance is likely to cover the money lost by West abruptly canceling the remainder of his "Saint Pablo Tour," which still had 21 shows remaining.
Kanye West willingly went to hospital
West is expected to remain under the care of doctors at the UCLA Medical Center through at least the end of the week, according to TMZ.

Kanye West isn’t expected to be released Thursday to celebrate Thanksgiving as he continues to receive medical attention.

The hip-hop star was admitted to the southern California medical facility on Monday after his personal physician told cops he was experiencing a temporary psychosis due to lack of sleep and dehydration, the gossip site reported.
Police arrived at the scene and deemed the situation a "medical emergency," an LAPD official told the Daily News.
He then went willingly to the hospital, despite reports that he initially opposed going, according to People.
Kanye's hospitalization could lead to hefty insurance payout
"He was not restrained," a source told the magazine. "He went freely."

West is currently staying at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The hospitalization capped a rough stretch for West, who was booed at his San Jose, Calif. concert last week for saying he would've selected Donald Trump had he bothered to vote for president earlier this month.
Two days later, he unleashed a fuming tirade about Beyoncé and Jay Z at a Sacramento gig before leaving the show early, despite performing only three songs. He then nixed a concert in Inglewood, Calif., on Sunday before canceling the rest of the tour altogether the following morning.
West's wife Kim Kardashian — who had kept a low profile following her harrowing robbery at gunpoint in Paris last month — was scheduled to make her first red carpet appearance since the ordeal on Monday in New York City, but she skipped it and jetted home to Los Angeles upon learning of West's hospitalization.
She was seen leaving the medical facility with a bodyguard on Wednesday evening, according to People.
